A Type 19.0 Civilization, one step up from a Type 18.0 Civilization, is one that has an energy consumption of 10¹⁹⁶ watts. Billions upon billions of Godverses have been colonized by these civilizations. God has either stayed neutral or destroyed these civilizations, but this would mostly happen as a Type 14.0 Civilization. Humans also do not believe that a civilization of this type does not exist. They cannot comprehend civilization types beyond a Type 5.0 Civilization.

Engineering

They can summon every verse below the Hendaverse. The same engineering of a Type 18.0 Civilization is used in this civilization, but it's far more reliable and efficient than before. They can also control even more of The Box than a Type 18.0 Civilization, but they are still tiny, in retrospect. They have mastered relativistic time dilation up to 10^300,000,000 years.
