A Type 7.0 Civilization is one that has an energy consumption of 1076 watts and it can control the entire Metaverse. It is more of God than man. It can take 10 duodecillion (10,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000) years to reach this rating!
Transportation[]
This type of civilization can likely utilize advanced virtual realities and electrons in order to move to different pocket dimensions when the Gigaverse inevitably dies. For example, if humanity were to somehow connect the human mind to a pocket dimension and program every single atom of every single person into it, then we could live in a pocket universe, then eventually when that one dies, we can go to a pocket universe inside a pocket universe, and we could repeat this infinitly.
Engineering[]
Theoretically, type 7.0 civilizations could build whatever a Type 6.0 Civilization could, as well as higher dimensional virtual realities. Eventually, with this technology, Type 8.0 Civilizations could be possible.
Government[]
In this type of civilization (and all other higher ranked civilizations that use electrons/internet/technology as their main resource), the government is extremely powerful, as they can deprogram/remove any person they want from the program. For this reason, there was a system made called Virtual Deletion Logs which detects who deleted who. Murder isn't possible here unless someone somehow gets access to a deletion button. It is better when the government is wise, for a wise government only removes misbehaved/people disobedient to laws (don't kill/steal/cheat/lie/hate), but a foolish government removes anyone that they want to.
